Seasoned HR business partner for a e commerce MNC

Our client is a fast growing on-line retail MNC  (based in town) which is well established.

Are you a strategic positioner, credible activist, enterprising capability builder and impactful champion of change? We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned business partnering HR professional who can partner with Group Executives and Corporate Functions effectively, while leading Regional HR programmes across SEA. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of HR, this critical role shall contribute as a: 

Strategic Business Partner:
• Work closely with Group Executives and enable exponential business growth by building the quality and quantity of the organisation talent pool, facilitate effective ways of working and build a high-performing culture;
• Proactively scan and diagnose organisational needs, and to provide solutions to address the concerns;
• Form the insight on business-organisation to design the overall organisation strategy and action plan;

Organisation Partner and Talent Partner:
• Oversee and implement HR policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness;
• Attract and retain key talents to continually upgrade the organisation capability;
• Continually optimise organisation efficiency

Culture Builder:
• Design and implement programmes to improve employee experience and build a great place to work;
• Lead the culture initiatives to integrate the culture with employees' day-to-day behaviour;
• Design and lead change management programs to foster the development in the organisation

Requirements:
•Relevant qualifications from an accredited university

More than 10 years of HRBP experience, ideally from a multinational company, or high-tech company;
• Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent;
• Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment;
• Strong communicative and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level;
• Has strong influencing skills and business acumen.

• Adaptable, flexible and agile
