Our client is a renowned manufacturing MNC based in Tuas in Singapore.  It is fast expanding in the region. For this role, it is looking to hire a Senior FA or a FP&A Mgr. You will be part of the regional APAC finance team responsible for the hands-on management reporting of about 10 countries in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with the European Division HQ Finance to understand group and division reporting requirements.
• Works with the FD, APAC and APAC Leadership to understand management reporting requirements within the region
• Plan/ lead the weekly/ monthly management reporting process, as well as quarterly forecasting and annual strategic planning and budgeting process.
• Communicate requirements to the various countries
• Consolidate and prepare reports for Division HQ and APAC  Leadership
• Sales and financial analysis as required
• Assist Finance Director, APAC in other areas (eg Treasury, Financial Reporting, Company Secretarial work, etc) as require

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification. 6-14 years of total work experience
• Minimum  4 years in an APAC FP&A role in an MNC. APAC exposure (not just ASEAN) is required
• Experience in planning and leading monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes and designing management reports
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills required. Frango or Hyperion experience is also mandatory
• Manufacturing industry exposure is useful (but not a must)
• Communicate requirements and provide guidance to the various countries
• Experience creating / modifying reports in Hyperion or Frango required
• Organised, independent, has initiative, detailed, meticulous and meets deadlines
• Analytical
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels and  cultures. Very hands-on
• Embrace Continuous Improvement
• Open to the Tuas location (the co provides bus pick ups from Bishan, Bukit Panjang, Yew Tee MRT, Chua Chu Kang and the MRTs in the west e.g. Jurong Pt, Lakeside, Jurong, Buona Vista)
