In this role, you will work with seasoned consultants who are well established in the search/ recruitment ndustry. Main jobs functions as a recruitment consultant/ resourcer:
- Business develop and secure new clients
- Actively search for candidates using the database search, and the search of various cv portals, headhunting etc portals
- Place advertisements, update database, conduct interviews with candidates, write candidate reports
- Proactive client management and candidate management
- Excellent opportunity to be groomed by a mentor who is a seasoned consultant with a stellar billing record in the industry.

Requirement
- A tertiary education is preferred. But diploma qualified candidates with a good recruitment track record will be considered
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience gained as a resourcer or consultant in the recruitment industry is essential
- Experience covering the finance/accounting or the HR specialisation is preferred, but this is not mandatory
- Results focused with a high level of self-motivation, professionalism and discipline
- Strong people skills
- Highly resourceful, tenacious and resilient go getter with a positive and can do type of attitude
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
