An IS internal auditor required for a Healthcare MNC (Travel of 50%)

Our client is a renowned healthcare MNC. It is now looking to hire an IS auditor to be part of its audit team based in Singapore covering mainly APAC audits. The travel is around 50% of the time mainly in APAC. You play a dual role as follows:
IS expert role (within the global IS team of 2 to 4 specialised IS auditors)
Ensure coordination with other IS auditors across hubs and the VP IS Audit,
Participate into the development of a IS risk management training program to ensure that all auditors and mgt are knowledgeable of pertinent standards,
Implement a comprehensive IS risk assessment, which will be used to plan/perform internal audits,
Ensure that the IA approach is designed to address recognized IS scenarios, through the inclusion of appropriate IS-related controls in work programs,
Develop/ conduct global training of the IA audit team in IS risk prevention, deterrence and detection techniques,
Lead or participate in specific internal audit data analytics projects and activities.
Visualize data from multiple perspectives using statistical and exploratory techniques to provide ongoing reports and insights to auditors
Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure data confidentiality and integrity is maintained throughout the data life cycle
Acquire information from multiple data sources/systems and maintain an internal collection of data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct false positives
In the IA role (part of the Singapore IA hub taking care of APAC financial/operational audits)
Ensure a risk based approach for all assignments.
Perform a reliable audit work on each assignment
Be involved in the fill spectrum of IA activities
To qualify, you should possess the following criteria:
Degree qualified with around 5 to 9 years of audit exposure, including some years gained in a regional IA function with strong technical audit skills.
Financial and/or operational flows skills / knowledge is highly recommended,
CISA certification is preferred, or if not hold a CPA, CIA or other related credentials,
In-depth knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office is a must,
Hands-on experience on data analytics and visualization tools (ACL, IDEA, QlikView, Tableau, SpotFire, etc) and databases (Oracle, SQL, etc) will be added advantage,
International exposure and/or experience.
Confident, and articulate with strong people and stakeholder management skills
Looking for a candidate with Mandarin proficiency (as China is a key market) or other Asia language
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Able to show empathy and be assertive when required
Energetic, and passionate about an IA role
