Our client is a renowned mainboard listed co in Singapore. It is now looking to hire a commercially savvy CFO to support one of its key business units.
As a CFO, you will report to the CEO for a large global business. You will play a leadership role and manage a team covering the full spectrum of finance functions including Treasury, Tax, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Finance Shared Service , Process / Compliance, Financial reporting, Budgeting and Management Reporting etc. You will oversee the finance team involved in the timely reporting of the SGX and yearly statutory reporting in accordance to FRS and SGX guidelines. In this role, you will also work closely with the Board of Directors.
To qualify, you should possess the following requirements:
- A degree qualified finance professional with minimum 15 years of finance/accounting work exposure.
- Experience working with mainboard listed cos of S$1.5B to 10 B will be required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a bigger Singapore listed company (S$1.5B to 10 B) as the CFO or Deputy CFO
- Strong financing, treasury, cash flow, debt /equity, tax exposure etc is required
- Added Investor relations exposure is useful (but not a must)
- Prior experience gained in international expansion will be preferred (but not a must)
- Strong commercial flair with a strategic mindset
- Results driven with excellent leadership skills and influencing skills
