Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Treasury Analytics and Project Management Process
A. Bank Relationship Analytics
- Provide analytics support for Banking Relationship Management Project
- Develop analytics to measure banking relationships across all products, including FX, IR, DCM and Cash management
- Understand all banking products the team is involved in and develop bank scorecards to measure Performance
B. Evaluate/Document Treasury Management Processes and Policies
• Evaluate existing processes to improve efficiency and control
• Document SOPs and processes flows for Cash Management, FX Management and DCM
• Create a template which is replicable to new processes and polices being developed
C. Build Project Management Analytics
• Develop project management system to track all Treasury projects that would enable tracking milestones and develop measurement
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Enhance existing Treasury Analytics as required
• Ad-hoc projects involving system implementation and review
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Good Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Banking from a recognized university with 7 to 12 years of post-graduate experience
- Preferably with prior research experience and ability to handle complex database
- Top notch Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with skills in VBA a plus
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to translate findings into Power Point presentation
- Direct Treasury experience from banks or corporates a plus
- Proactive, analytical, meticulous and detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player with ability to work independently.
