Our client is an established conglomerate headquartered in Snigapore.
Specific Responsibilities:
• To be seconded and based in Israel around 50% of the time, and be responsible for origination and constructing a pipeline of targets in-country, in accordance with the company’s M&A framework and verticals of interest
• Understand the business model of targets, filter out and assess business and strategic fit based on our company’s business lines and financial profile
• Lead in-country business development and M&A sourcing by referring and coordinating the process of linking back up with HQ and the in-country team
• Construct financial valuation models
• Coordinate due diligence by working closely with both in-country technical lead and the technical team based in the Singapore HQ
• Prepare investment proposals for approval
• Work with other internal stakeholders (e.g. business leads, legal teams, etc) to oversee the deal process from end to end
• Any other related projects or analysis assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in any discipline
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in M&A, with at least 2 years current experience in Israel
• Good understanding of the Israeli ecosystem and venture network
• Proven track record in overseeing M&A deals
• Strong in Excel and Powerpoint
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
